Shipping Period
After reception of your payment, the article -if in stock- will be send to you within 48 hours, from the Netherlands.
J.C.Herman.org is not responsable for damage caused by a delay in delivery, but will try to inform you as much as possible about the expected period.
Shipping in Europe
JCHerman.org ships to (practically) whole Europe. Shipping costs are calculated on basis of weight, and are decide by TNT Nederland. Here you will find an table of this (pfd). Immediately after your order, you will be informed about the real shipping costs.
Express Delivery
If the ordered article is in stock, it's possible to have it delivered within 24 hours. This service is offered by TNT Express.

Stock
All the products on this site are unique. When a product is not in stock, it will be made for you, which will take some time.
About this, you will be informed by e-mail
When this period seems to long, you can cancel your order by replying to that mail (after 2 months your order expires automatically).
Shipping Method
Your order will be send to you by mail. It is possible to collect your order yourself. Mail or phone us about what time that is possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product.
To give an indication of this, every 3 kilograms will be charged for 10 euro shipping costs.
Returns
Cracks etc.
Because ceramics is fragile, J.C.Herman.org ships everything is appropriated wrapping-material.
May it happen that a product arrives broken, please return it within 24 hours.
After 24 hours the broken product will be considered broken by you -and not by the shipping-. You will get a replacing product as soons as possible, unless you let us know that because of the accident you want to cancel your order. In that case you will get the complete amount (product and shipping costs) back on your account.
Returns
Specially ordered articles cannot be returned, except when received broken (see up).
In case you want to return articles, please contact J.C.Herman.org before doing so (see under).
It's only possible to return your order within 14 days, if it is not used or damaged.
Always send your article from the Mail office; there you will receive a proof and tracenumber to check your parcel. JCHerman.org is not responsible in case your parcel gets lost on the way.
Canceling
You can cancel your orer by phone or mail. This you can do at any time before shipping. Also you can return your order within 14 days, if it's in the original wrapping, and undamaged. After cancellation, you will get your money (minus shippingcosts if it's a return) reimbursed within 14 days after reception of your order and bank details.
